NC Local is a unique model driven by partnership with newsrooms, information providers, community partners and more. Our work fostering connection, collaboration and peer support over the past 5 years through the NC Local News Workshop has helped create a foundation across the state that enables this type of model to work here. Partners can republish content produced by our hub, at no cost, and can also take advantage of partnership on products and other services.

News and information organizations across the state will partner with NC Local to deliver localized reporting, products and services about statewide issues and policy.

NC Local's content will be available for news outlets across NC to republish. We'll also work with partners on collaborative products, services and projects that go beyond content sharing. Our Partner Council represents various types of media outlets and regions of our state and will provide input on our initiatives. We're still adding to our council and welcome notes of interest.
